Concur Hotel Cancelation Charge

When I click on the "Rules and Cancellation Policy" in concur under Hotel bookings, I am unable to understand what the cancellation charges would be. It's very cryptic.

Example:
CXL: 5818.00 CZK CXL FEE PER ROOM CANCELLATION PERMITTED UP TO
1DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
MUST GUARANTEE LATE ARRIVAL
A00REGA: FLEXIBLE RATE
DELUXE GUEST ROOM 1 KING
RATE DOES NOT APPLY TO GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE GUEST ROOMS.
ROLLAWAY - 520.00 CZK PER ROOM PER NIGHT

What does this even mean? Where is the detail about cancelation policy? I am trying to book for 8 days. I am looking for a hotel that provides a full refund upon cancelation before X days.

@sabarish I would understand this to say you can cancel up to one day before arrival, but if less than that, you would be charged 5818.00 CZK.  I believe CXL is an abbreviation for the word Cancel. At least this is how I would read it.

I know it isn't super straightforward, but this is the description we receive from the hotel, so we cannot really do much about the phrasing. You can always call the hotel if there are any doubts.
