Combine Itineraries

I booked a refundable hotel so the hotel would not fill up and when I got the green light from my manager, I booked the flight.  Now I have two itineraries.  Can I combine them?  Or import the hotel itinerary into the flight one?  Or cancel the hotel and (hoping there are still rooms available) book it under the flight itinerary?   Haven't traveled for work in a few years - I'm a bit rusty.

@Sharp1147 there isn't an option to combine two itineraries. The good thing is, there isn't any adverse affect to having your hotel and flight on two different trip itineraries in SAP Concur. You could try and see if your travel agency can add the hotel to your flight itinerary. I believe if you don't cancel the one hotel and try to add hotel to your flight, you will possible get a warning that you already have a booking for those dates. That's why I would contact your travel agency and see if they can do it.

I've had the same issues and I'd LOVE for this function to be added to concur. I currently have a trip with 3 different itineraries now ;( . It is however good to know it is not an issue for concur. Your response to the original post is very helpful.
