ClearTrip - SAS India point of sale

Is anyone using Cleartrip in India?
If you are -
1) how do you handle cancellations?
2) how do you handle changes?
3) If you don't allow these things to be done in Concur, will offline changes/ cancellations be reflected in the person's Concur Trip Library?

Currently our local TMC does not allow online change/cancel. In theory that would be fine, but it seems that the original booking never disappears from Concur. Anyone else been through this?
