Changing Flights has been disabled, help

I attempted to change my flight but got this message, "Exchange of partially used e-tickets has been temporarily disabled".

Does anyone know of a work around or when this function will be enabled? Thanks.

@JHolmes1 you will need to call your travel agency to get the exchange completed. This setting is a site setting, not something SAP Concur turned off globally, so we cannot help with getting it re-enabled. There must be some reason your company had this turned off.

Either way, your travel agency will be able to help.
