Change flight - no way to confirm change flight

I am trying to change flights on a leg of my upcoming trip but after I click "change" and choose my new flight there is no way to confirm the new flight. I am able to search for flights and select a new flight, but I'm unable to actually change the flight.

Is this something I will need to do directly via the Delta app? Will this stay tethered to Concur and update properly in Concur? I'd like to stay within company policy if possible, but I'll do what I have to do. Company policy is I have to book travel through Concur but there are exceptions so maybe this is an exception.

This is time sensitive in the sense that there is only 1 ticket left for the flight I am trying to change to, so any help is appreciated. Thank you.

@mwarlick for flight changes, I recommend calling your travel agency. That way it should reflect in SAP Concur. Your company might not have post-ticketing change turned on, which would explain why you cannot change the flight in Concur Travel after it has been booked.
