We have Hertz location at 1281 Log Pond Road, Newark Ohio, that does not appear in our rental car search. I have confirmed that the location is still open and has cars. The rental car company has suggested a re-set of our configuration to allow their availability, however, our configuration does not allow this. (Or I am missing something in the options). Has any experienced this, and what is the best way to fix this issue?

I experienced this with a special lot we had in the UK, that rented cars only for our employees. I reached out to our Travel Management Company (TMC) and they were able to work this out with our preferred vendor (Enterprise/National). It wasn't something I could have fixed without them, so I would start with your TMC and go from there, maybe getting them in contact with Hertz directly.
