Cancelling travel error

I recently booked a trip in Concur and the client ended up changing dates on me after I booked it.  Every time I try to cancel it I get an error message. I'd like to get this corrected before it charges my corp Amex.  Please help!

For urgent changes to your booking, please connect with your TMC,(you may find TMC details on Company notes section on home page) also what was the error you were getting.

@ddolby for future reference, you could just change the dates of the flights instead of canceling since airlines are still doing no change fees.
