Cancelled Flight/hotel- need to book new trip

Hello, I had to cancel my flight with Southwest - which was non refundable.

I need to book a new flight.  How can I use whatever credit I have for the first flight purchased, for my new flight?

I submitted an expense report to be reimbursed for the the flight,

@tthomp45 when you log in to SAP Concur, do you see an Alerts section on the home screen. Usually your air credits are listed there. If not, I would recommend calling your travel agency to do the new booking and have them apply your credit.
