Canceling hotel

I needed to change my hotel based on new information after my original booking.  My new hotel added fine and shows up as confirmed.  But canceling the previous hotel doesn't take in the Concur tool.  After selecting the cancel link I then click the box to confirm I understand the rules then hit continue.  Concur processes things for a bit before bringing up the itinerary but the canceled hotel still appears.  After clicking continue there isn't an error message.  This is using Edge browser but the same thing happens in Firefox.  Any ideas short of calling in for help?

@lueth I suggest calling your travel agency to confirm if the hotel was canceled. You could also call the hotel directly. As long as either of them show the cancelation, you should be good.
