Cancel rental car issue

I am need to cancel a car rental but I get an error message "We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request" when I try do so.

@MariaM I have seen this happen before, but sometimes the cancellation still does go through. If you are signed in to your SAP Concur account, click Travel at the top of the page. On the Travel home screen, click the Upcoming Trips tab. If you only had a rental car on your itinerary, then you should no longer see the trip listed here. If you had an itinerary with Air, Hotel and Car, you will still see the trip name as a hyperlink. You can click the link to pull up the itinerary and check to see if the car is no longer listed.

 

Try that and let me know.
