@PlugPower Absolutely, just be sure not to click Purchase ticket at the end. However, keep in mind some airlines are instant purchase, like Southwest, so in those cases just choose the outbound and return to see the flight. Note the price, then exit out. Go back and then do the Car and Hotel separately.
You should be able to see the estimated cost of the trip before being presented with the Purchase Ticket or Confirm Booking buttons.
