@le100 So I'm clear, your service providers are not employees of your company, correct? If so, there are only a couple of ways people that are not part of your company can have travel booked through Concur.
1. You have to create them a Concur profile. Not sure I would recommend this.
2. You have to allow Guest bookings. By doing this, one of your employees with a Concur profile will have to book the travel for all service providers that need travel bookings.
