Can no longer book travel

The "Trip Search" option is no longer available to me. My colleagues still have access and my manager has confirmed this is a Concur error. I've updated my profile info (credit card, etc) in the hopes that may be related to the issue but it still won't show up.

The words "TRIP SEARCH" still appear but don't link out or have a booking option below them.

@kcripps did you try signing in to SAP Concur with a different browser? Give that a try and let me know if the issue still persists.

Hi Kevin, thanks for your reply. No I'm afraid I have the issue in Chrome and Safari.
