We have recently found business class is not displaying on the air search results page when a user starts their initial search in Economy. All available fares and classes of service, allowed by policy, on a particular carrier should appear when a user selects "More Fares". However, we are finding business class is not coming up, but Economy and First class do appear. This does not happen on all carriers and all markets. It is pretty inconsistent the results we are receiving.
We have opened a case with Concur and was told its how the carriers are loading their codes. The issue we have with this explanation is that this has not happened in the past. Why is it happening now and why is nothing being done to compensate for this defect?
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
