Booking travel for a new hire

Hello,

I have a new hire that is starting next month. She will be working remote for a few weeks before relocating to HQ. I'd like to have her visit HQ during her first week, but given that she is not officially onboarded, she can't access Concur to help book travel. I also don't see how I can add her to my profile and book travel on her behalf. Any suggestions on how to handle this?

@jdshane this can be done only if you have the Guest Booking option turned on. It would probably be faster to just call your TMC and have them do the booking. They should be able to use your corporate card to purchase the flight on behalf of the new hire.
