Booking travel for a new associate

Hello! We have a new associate starting at ITWorks in the beginning of Dec. We are working on booking her travel to come here as she will be a virtual associate and we would like her to tour the client site right away. She does not start compass training until Dec 6th but I would like to book the travel in advance. Is there a way to book her travel if she does not have a cerner account yet?

@hannahrider to book travel for someone else without an SAP Concur profile, your company would need to have turned on the Guest Booking option. On the SAP Concur home page in the Trip Search area, you would see Book for a guest. See screenshot below. If this is not turned on, it would need to be done by whomever is your company's SAP Concur Site admin. However, if guest bookings are not common occurrences, it wouldn't really be advantageous to turn it on. Instead, I would recommend reaching out to your company's travel agency and have them do the guest booking. Are you wanting to book for this person in SAP Concur so that the expenses will be on your company card or is there another reason you want to book for them in SAP Concur?
