Booking for External Members

Hello, 

I was tasked to book a travel for an external director as we will cover their flight and hotel. However, every time I try to book for him under his name it will not allow me to change the name to his.

Additionally the same issue is happening when I'm trying to book for an internal director as well. 

Any assistance would be helpful.

@cHorizon the only way for to book for someone outside of your organization is if you have been given the Guest Booking permission, which it sounds like you haven't. I would call your travel agency to do the booking for the External Director.

As for the internal director, if they have an SAP Concur profile, they need to add you to their travel profile as a travel arranger. If they haven't done that, you can only book for yourself.
