May I book flights with expired passport details while waiting for the collection of new passport?

@fad are you saying that the passport you have on your SAP Concur Travel profile is expired? If so, I believe you can still book your flight. If you are flying internationally, the system might pop up a message about your expired passport, but I think you can still complete the booking. I've never tried it, so I think there is really only way to find out for sure. 🙂

Thanks @KevinD! I've completed the booking and confirmed with our travel agent that we should update them of the new passport expiry date in due course. It is to ensure that the air ticket captures the correct passport expiry date for boarding.
