Hi

I have reserved flights, but upon confirming reservation I have found that it has the incorrect passenger name, how can I change the name to align with my passport details?

@catmac first thing, be sure to update your name on your SAP Concur Travel profile to prevent this from happening in the future.

Since the ticket has been booked, you will need to call your company's travel management company to get the name changed.

@jules_ first place I always tell people to look is in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home screen. You may need to click Read More to expand the section. Try that and let me know if the info is there.

Hi

I have the same problem. I have updated my name in the SAP Concur Travel profile, but when I received the flight itinerary from Concur it still shows the previously-incomplete-name. Since my flights were domestic, i didn't encounter any problem from this. But how to prevent this from happening for future international flights booking since it is a requirement for the boarding pass to match with the passport at the airlines check in counter.

Thank you

@amierulamran did the changes you made to your name stay saved? Meaning when you go back to your profile now, you see the correct name? If so, you might want to contact your company's travel agency and ask them what they see on their end for your name. The travel agency is who fulfills and completes the airfare booking, so they might be able to see what is happening.

Hi Kevin,

I have checked, yes my name stay saved. I had contacted my travel agency, they still see the incomplete name. Both the travel agency & my company's ICT team said this issue falls under Concur thus I will just have to wait the response from Concur's side.

FYI the travel agency able to book the flight 'manually' with my correct name. I'd prefer to book my flight via Concur system because it's easier & cheaper.

@amierulamran I'll be curious to see if Concur Support says it is some sort of synch issue. That's the only thing I can think of since your name is saving on your profile, but it isn't being reflected from the TMC side. Can you let me know what you hear back from Concur Support on the issue and resolution please? Just respond in this thread. That way maybe someone in the future with the same problem can find the answer. 🙂
