Booking Travel as a Delegate

I was granted access to book travel, "acting" as someone at my university. While "acting" as this other user, I am trying to book travel for a different individual. Each time I try to book travel for this other person, I am taken to a page requiring me to complete the travel profile of the individual I am "acting" as, even though I am not booking for them. How do I book travel for a person, while "Acting" as someone else? Thanks.

@shieldse you can only book travel for people who have added you as their travel arranger. From the description of your post, I would have to say that the person you need to book as did not add you as a travel arranger or as @lhorne11 mentioned, you didn't switch profiles to the user you need to book on behalf of.
