Hi all!
I booked travel for a client, and they provided me with birthday information. However, I typed it in wrong (swapped date/month) and confirmed. I went to the airlines to change it, but there is no way to change through them, and they highlighted to go through agency it was booked. However, I did type in the client's frequent flier number, which should have a birthdate attached.
Can you please advise how to proceed and update with correct birthdate information? Thanks!
