I'm a new employee trying to book a hotel as part of upcoming travel. I am selecting preferred hotels. As I try to complete the booking it has told me (after trying 3 different hotels) that they can't book the hotel and I need to reach out to concur.
@cmata when this happens, call your company's travel agency. They will be able to get the booking done for you. Usually their contact info is found in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home screen.
