@GraceMcN I'll answer it this way...Is it possible to book a car for personal use? Technically, yes it is. Does your company allow you to use Concur Travel for booking a car for personal use? We won't know what your company's policy is on this. Best thing to do is ask your direct manager. There might be something in your company's travel policies that says this is okay or not okay.
