Automatically added as travel assistant to profiles

Hello!

I am the travel manager. Every time that I enter a travelers profile, my name is added as a travel assistant therefore I receive every invoice/itinerary that the traveler makes thereafter.

When I go to that travelers profile to remove my name, I do not have the option to delete it. Any suggestions on how to resolve this or to turn this option off?

Here you go:

1) Click on your profile settings

2) Click on “I’m Assisting…” (lower left hand corner under "other settings"

3) Click on the delete icon to remove the names from the list.
