This question pertains to the general capabilities of SAP Concur and whether it is possible to have automated accruals within the system. So for my company, Concur has all our WBS elements which begs the question than when a trip is booked why Concur couldn't automatically accrue as per WBS. Is this a capability within the system or is this feature only available for business users who also have SAP Concur Invoice?
