Auto accident during Concur travel

I was involved in an auto accident (I was not at fault) during a work trip booked with Concur in 2021. I was informed by my employer that it would be covered by insurance via concur. I turned in all correspondence and beloved it was taken care of. I just recently received a letter from a collection agency demanding thousands of dollars to cover the cost of the repairs to the rental car. Who do I contact at concur to get assistance?
