As a newbie Im struggling with Concur a little. How do I get/request an invoice for the billed Agency booking fee? It used to come to my email, but I couldnt find it this time.
I have the same issue. First time I booked my round-trip ticket. I did not get the invoice from the departure, but I've got the receipt for return ticket. I check the junk box in email but there is no. Could you please help us where to request this invoice. It's important for the reimbursment process
