Adding a Southwest SWABIZ number

I am fairly new to Concur and am wondering how to add a Southwest SWABIZ account number into Concur and where would I go to add this?

@ElligoTravel When you are logged in to SAP Concur, click Profile near the upper right. From the little drop down window, click Profile settings. On the next screen, on the left-hand side under Travel Settings, click Frequent Traveler Programs. This takes you to that section on your profile. Click the orange linked that says Add a program.

@KevinD Sorry I may have said this incorrectly.  I'm not trying to add a personal frequent travel number, I'm trying to add an airline bonus number that is for the travel agency.   This is an airline number that will show up in the itinerary and in the IT field of a PNR.

@ElligoTravel have your contacted your Travel Agency and asked them about this? If not, you might need to submit a support ticket to SAP Concur.

@KevinD We are the travel agency and I've reached out to Concur Support but not getting a clear answer.

@ElligoTravel I've reached out to two colleagues who work only in our Travel product to see if they can provide some guidance.

@ElligoTravel here is the response I received from my colleague:

"We need to know if they are booking through the GDS or Southwest Direct Connect.     The Swabiz number is added when enabling the Southwest direct connect so I am guessing they are booking through the GDS.    In that case Concur does not have an area to enter an IT number, their mid office will need to add it in."

@KevinD Thank you for your help.  So we book in Concur and Southwest is the only airline that is auto ticketed in Concur.  All the other airlines are ticketed in Sabre.
