Add rule for travel more than certain number of days

We have employees who travel for projects and require extended stays.  Could I build a rule in Concur, so that when they book the trip, I would receive notifications (as the travel administrator) and be able to intercept when necessary?

@susantan5 there is an option to create a rule to send a notification if the itinerary is over a certain number of days. However, the notification goes to the the assigned travel manager of that user. So, if you currently do not require trip approval through Concur Travel, you could just assign yourself as the Travel Manager for all these users. Then you would be notified. 

If you do require approval for Concur travel booked trips, then the only option is for the users' assigned travel manager to receive the notice.

I'm asking my Concur Travel contacts to see if there is some other option I don't know about.
