@achaseSTC unfortunately you probably will not get an answer to your question here. Not because there isn't an answer, but because not being able to book a hotel is based on how your company configured their travel rules of what is allowed and what isn't. Without seeing those rules, we won't be able to answer the question.
Does the hotel show up in the hotel search results and if so, is there any type of message or text saying it isn't allowed? Do you have a screenshot?
Or does the hotel not even appear in the search results?
