AMEX MARKHAM transaction

I created a new travel in my Concur-SAP this week. I added my credit card number to be able to complete the transaction. However, 3 transactions appeared on my credit card at the same time:

Via rail XX,XX (this one is ok)

Amex Markham 10,35$

Amex Markham 0,16$

I can't find any explanation about that. I tried to reach support, but it seams impossible. Can you help me?

@CBP it is possible those are travel agency fees. I'm just guessing, but you should contact your travel agency to see if they can provide some information about these charges.
