24h account auto unlock

Hi,

My account is locked on my cellphone App, I'm reading here that it's going to automatically unlock after 24h.

Is this 24h from the lock or 24h from the last attempt to connect ?

@lprovenaz the last incorrect attempt was what caused the lock, so aren't they one in the same?

You may be able to reach out to your site admin and have them reset your password. This may allow you access to Concur sooner than the 24 hours.

Nothing I can expect from my company, I tried.

Now I'm unlocked, it took a bit more than 24h, hence y concern, but I'm ok now
