hotel unable to select rate

Multiple users from different accounts can't book a hotel, they get the error "CANT SELECT RATE AT THIS TIME, TRY AGAIN"  

 

They try again, sign in/out and they still can't book.   We have to book in GDS for everyone today.

Same issue here. Is Concur travel having some sort of issue?

It's very frustrating, Clients are irritated with Concur.  @Concur, do you have any solutions or help you can offer.

Have you all submitted help tickets to Concur Support? I did see that November 2nd and 3rd Concur Travel did have a degradation. 

 

I take it this is happening today for your users?

Hello, yes we opened a case but received no response however, like the others the clients are now able to book hotels with  no errors.

yes, I created case for this issue. And today as I can see all is working fine as I was able to choose a room and book it.
