Why aren't all flight options available?

When searching for flights, not all options are showing in Concur.  I can look at an individual carrier web page and find exactly what I want with availability, but when searching in Concur, none of that shows up anymore.  Ever since the "upgrade" flight and hotel searches are not complete.  Another example.  Today I'm searching for a hotel.  I have one price come up for the location I was looking for ($240/night) but a coworker, looking at the exact same hotel for the exact same dates has a totally different price ($190/night).  How is that good?  Can something be done to correct this?

@pvcholly here is what someone from our Travel team replied with:

"Both on Legacy and new Concur Travel the appearance of all flights is not expected (and actually counterproductive) upon search.  "the airline's website and GDS have different inventory", therefore it is not advisable to compare them as they may not be comparable at all (exception to Travelfusion DC as it does source airline websites, I believe, but this is out of my scope). When I say counterproductive, I say it due to: in order to provide availability SAP Concur performs scans on the GDS taking into account several settings and, most notably, discounts set to the user's configurations. To have more flights available, more scans are required and the system not only takes more time in this retrieval as it provides more costs to the agencies."

Thank you for the information.   Is there a way to "restrict" the search to my preferred airline?  It seems that having to call to book a flight that works for my schedule is also counterproductive.

@pvcholly your preferred airline personally or your company's preferred airline?

I've been getting this same complaint from some of my travelers as well, since we made the switch to the new travel design.  It wasn't an instance of not seeing ALL available flights, but one person was only seeing a few flights come up.  I suspect that the user hadn't expanded their Time Preferences, but they insist that it was updated.  Others are saying that a specific hotel doesn't come up, but that our TMC is able to view and book with them.  Things like that...I'll come back and add to this if I continue to get similar complaints.

It definitely has something to do with the new travel design. If I change over to "Book for a guest", which uses the old layout, the issues disappear and I can see all available options.

For me - the codeshare flights are missing from the search results and they were always there in the past.  Specific example is United codeshare with Air Canada and vice versa.

@ContinentalFan code share fares should be showing in results. I would submit a help ticket to Concur Support.

How do I submit a help ticket? For me the it seems to be the opposite - Codeshare fares are showing (Hawaiian) but the Operator fares are not showing (Alaska).

@dgracecpna not everyone can submit help tickets. To see if you can, sign in to SAP Concur. Click the ? in the upper right. In the drop down help menu, see if there is an option to Contact Support. If not, then you will need to have whomever at your company is the SAP Concur site administrator submit it.

I'm not sure I understand. If it is a code share, you should see who the flight is operated by (Alaska), but I'm not sure it would show the Operating fare.

I just booked a flight on saw both Hawaiian and Alaska, but each showed separately and with their own fares.
