There are 7 admins who book travel weekly for other team members (as a Delegate or Travel Arranger). Suddenly, flights past 2pm are not showing as options for several team members no matter how they set the time parameters. This is true no matter the traveler, the airline, the date, or the time. Only 2 of us can see all flights. Our Concur settings are all the same.
This seems to have happened when Concur changed the time parameters from open 24 hr window to the defined preset below. Though we can still change the slider bar, it's like that doesn't push through to the next screen when showing available flights.
@candersonmcp do you have any screenshots you can share?
Also, can you provide me a route one the admins was trying to book please? From where to where?

IAH to CVG Thurs, 4/30 - no time parameters set at all. The admin wanted the 8:14pm United direct flight but it does not show up as an option for her, nor do any flights past 2pm.
