Unused credits

Are we able to transfer unused travel credits (tickets) to another user within our company? 

EX: employee leaving department and will no longer have Concur access need. Can we as administrators of company, transfer the unused credits to another user in the dept?

What do you mean by credits? Credit card transactions? could you please provide maybe some screenshot hiding sensitive information to see what is behind your question?

Unused tickets in Travel. 

Ex: canceled flights that are now unused tickets (credits) in employee's account. Can those be transferred by Concur to another employee (user) within our company instead of losing those if the employee leaves?

@cherylea I don't believe you can, but you might want to contact your travel agency to see if they can do it. I know years ago I used a credit that was a ticket originally booked by a coworker, but we needed to have the travel agency do it.
