Unable to select seats on BA flights

I have been trying for a few days but I can't select seats for my BA flights via concur. I tried via the BA website but they wanted to charge me despite this being included in the booking.

@dff2025 sometimes the fare class you booked doesn't allow for this. I would suggest calling your company's travel agency and see if they can help you get a seat selected or not.
