UK-based: unable to leave 'state' field empty in profile. Help needed.

Hi there,

I've just tried to update my profile but am unable to save any changes; I keep getting an error message telling me that I need to fill in the 'state' field for my home address and work address. I'm based in the UK, and have tried both leaving the field blank (as per the instructions on the profile page) and adding my county details.

@RMiller1485 I see two issues with your profile that I think will clear things up:

1. You are missing required fields on the profile screen. See screenshot. 

2. It does say to leave the State field blank, but there is also a message telling users to uncheck the Address same as employee checkbox under Emergency Contact. By having this checked, when you enter something in your home address, it copies it down. So, try unchecking this box, clear out both State fields under Home address and Emergency contact. See if that clears things up.
