Trying to finalize a select flight itinerary, getting error gds-20002

I've been able to book in the past without issue, nothing has changed. this is the issue I see:

 

An error has occurred with your booking. Start a new search and try again.

Error Code: gds-20002
Correlation ID: 46a9d6c2-8cf3-440a-95a9-f04621b33727

@granade this is a GDS errors, so we don't really have a concrete answer. I would suggest calling your travel agency to get the booking completed.

@KevinD -  Is  there any followup Concur users can do when GDS  errors occur? Can they indicate a broader problem?

@RbreenDC my best suggestion would be for them to follow up with the travel agency to see if the agency can provide any details. Also, they might need the travel agency to do the booking if the GDS error keeps persisting. 

 

Also, users could report this to their travel admin who could submit the error code and correlation ID to Concur Support to see if Support can narrow down the issue.
