I was curious what is the difference or benefit using of using Triplink to book directly with the companies and booking directly in Concur. Our concerns are 1. if booked directly through the airlines using triplink would it go through the same approval process. 2. if there is a problem and we need to make changes for one of our employees would we have the same visibility that we would if they had booked directly through Concur.
