@kwalters this is a bit of an extenuating circumstance because the group block is a special rate and not one globally advertised, which means it will not show up in Concur Travel. I would double-check with the company you are traveling with and let them know that the group block rate likely will not be available in SAP Concur.
The reason you were provided a link is because the rate isn't available to the general public and won't be available in any online booking tool except for the Hotel directly.
