When booking a hotel, are the traveler's contact data transferred to the hotel?

When booking a hotel through SAP Concur, certain traveler details, such as name, email address, and phone number, are transmitted to the hotel provider to confirm the reservation.

These fields are required by the supplier and cannot be completely hidden, as they are essential for the booking process.
