How does a manager get information on travel dates and location for their direct reports? Notification of a travel request is sent to the manager, but does not contain any details.

you can add a set in the workflow to send email notifications to the manager and then setup the email notification template with the details you need to show to the manager

Thank you for the quick response. Is there a link to a procedure for how to set up the workflow for email notifications?

@Joan just so you know, workflow changes require unrestricted site access, which most people do not have. I would suggest submitting a Help ticket to Concur Support.
