Travel Wizard Unchecked

Our users are experiencing loss of access to Concur Travel. The Travel tab is entirely missing from the Concur page. It seems related to the Travel Wizard Permission being unchecked. Has anyone dealt with this before?

@TheDavid If the Travel Wizard User box is unchecked on their profile, then yes...they would not see the Travel tab when they sign in. 

 

Are you reporting that no one is manually unchecking the box, but yet it somehow is becoming unchecked?

Yes, it had something to do with some work being done in our travel profiles.
