@Nadja2024 it sounds like someone created a Travel Rule to Notify Manager for all travel bookings. This can be turned off. Do you have access to the option Travel Rule Builder? If so, you would edit this rule and remove the Notify Manager selection from it.
Is this something you have access to? If not, then you would need to find out who at your company is in charge of Concur Travel and ask them if they will turn it off.
