Travel Description Field

Currently the Description Field in the Trip Overview - from the travel request is non-editable and always has "(No Description Available)". We need this field for the traveler to list travel info - like project ID or other valuable information. I cannot find a way for them to add info to this field. Is this available to use?

@dlamont sounds like someone made this field read only when your site was being configured. You'll need to submit a ticket to SAP Concur Support to get this field to be editable.

Is there a Comment field on the Trip Overview screen, by chance? If so, this could be used instead.
