Travel Arranger cannot submit travel

Hi there, we've provided the correct permissions for our travel coordinator to book travel on behalf of her country but after booking the flight the trip stays in the Request Library with a red exclamation mark and a Not Submitted status.  Any ideas why?

@Viv570 hello there. I think it is important for me to point out that the item in your screenshot is not a travel booking. It is a Travel Request. They are two different things. You would need to set up the Travel Coordinator as the Request Delegate for all the people they need to book for so they can submit these Requests for the employees.

It actually might be faster to have all those that the Travel Coordinator will be booking trips for to add the travel coordinator as their Request Delegate.
