Travel Arranger Not Receiving Outlook Entries

I book travel for various executives and when I did so previously, I would always get the calendar entries associated with the travel.  This was a big help visibility wise as the entries on the execs calendars are "private".  About a 1.5 weeks ago, I stopped getting any calendar entries for airflights and hotels.  this was about the time that the new UI started.  I need to have this back so that I can manage my execs' travel

@Prubio6366 this setting is found within your email provider. If you use Outlook, there is a setting to automatically add events to your calendar. Double-check that the setting is still turned on. If you do a search with Google or some other search tool, you can find the detailed steps.

If you find that the setting is turned on, please come back here and let me know as I would then need to pass this information on to people on our Travel team.

Thank you,

The setting for this is somewhat hard to find, you actually can only access it via Outlook for the Web. This means your traveler has to log into their Outlook to make the change, a huge hassle! It cannot be changed via a delegate.

1. Go to outlook.office365.com

2. Click on the COG ICON on the upper left hand side (by your profile picture)

3. Click on Calendar and then Events from Email

4. Make sure Flight Reservations, Hotel Reservations, and Rental Car Reservations are all selected to "Show Event Summaries in Email and On My Calendar"

Thanks!

thank you for the suggestions.  Unfortunately all of the check boxes indicated for calendar are activated, so that's apparently not the problem.  I saw somewhere that it might be an issue stemming from a change the travel agent made?  We are still using Travel Incorporated (right now).  Any ideas?  This is causing me a huge problem because the reservations are all coming in as private in their calendars, which I can't see.  Normally I have also gotten a copy that hits my own calendar so I have immediate visibility.  I do travel arrangements for about 6 people who travel extensively, so huge problem for me not to have visibility

@Prubio6366 have you spoken with your travel agency to see if the change they made might have affected this?
