We have a travel approver that has just started receiving emails titled "Travel Notification (traveler name: xxxx xxx)". This is happening after a travel request has been processed and is causing unwanted travel for others to be loaded to their calendars. We are wanted to know what is triggering these new emails to be sent out so we can turn this off. We cannot adjust in Outlook as we still want to have the approvers personal travel to be auto loaded into their calendars. Has this happened to anyone else?

@CBH1305 Have you checked your Travel Rules to see if there is one that has the Notify Manager action turned on? This is usually the other thing that causes email notifications to appear in an Approver's email.

Thank you, Kevin. I have received feedback from our Administrator and am being told that the Concur emails that are causing the problem are emails that are sent to the approvers if a change was made to the travel request (i.e. add a car to an existing approved flight trip). When this auto generated notification email is sent to the approver it contains the itinerary for the travel, when this is received by the approver Outlook assumes this is for the approvers travel and adds to the approvers calendar. I am told the only way to prevent this is to always create a new trip and not add to an already approved trip.
