There is no airline to add for frequent flyer program

I am trying to add a travel program to my concur program. However, when I pick airlines, there is no option to choose.

I think you should talk to your company's Concur administrator, and if they can't solve your problem, open a case on the Concur support website.

@npnkhoi I'm looking in your site and I see two sections that are similar. One is Frequent Travel Program and the other is Advantage Programs. I think you are possibly trying to add your frequent flyer number under the Advantage Program section, rather than the Frequent-Traveler Programs. See screenshot.
